Work Samples

Projects Presented

On the Work Samples pages, you'll find descriptions of two projects completed by project teams of master's degree students enrolled in the Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program at Boise State University. I belonged to each project team.

Together, we conducted projects as part of our course curriculum, following the standards of performance improvement and OPWL Learning Goals found on the OPWL Program Goals page. The Evaluation page provides key information from the XX Senior Leader Course - dL Version: Formative Evaluation Report submitted by Deinhardt, Baker, and Johnson (2020). The Learning Experience Design page explains the LXD process to design and develop an intervention selection to reduce a performance gap of cattery volunteers who place available cats with adoptive cat families.
