​Target Audience: Human Resources personnel, training managers, or anyone else with a vested interest in organizational and employee performance.

​Objective: This plan is adapted from a training development assignment. Students were given two options for a business challenge to address with a training plan. I developed the plan in response to the challenge posed. We were expected to determine the medium of the training that best addressed the concerns. Considering the challenge and target audience, I chose instructor-led training. The document includes sections required to justify my lesson design decisions.

​Notes: A lesson plan is presented at the end of this document. Were this revised today in 2021, I would rewrite the learning objectives based on Mager's three-part learning objective format.
